Alok Sinha becomes Joint Secretary in Civil Aviation Ministry
New Delhi (PTI): Alok Sinha, an IAS officer of the Uttar Pradesh cadre, was on Friday appointed Joint Secretary in the Civil Aviation Ministry.
Sinha, a 1986 batch officer, is likely to look after matters relating to regulatory bodies like the Directorate General of Civil Aviation, official sources said. Sinha would be the third officer of the same rank in the Ministry.
