Payment of Gratuity (Amendments) Act 2010
The Government of India, Ministry of Law and Justice have vide Gazette Notification dated May 18, 2010, notified the enhancement in gratuity payment from Rs. 3,50,000/- to Rs. 10,00,000 w.e.f. 24 May 2010.
